This traditional pasta dish is simple and full of fresh flavors. Made with just 5 ingredients, it comes together in just minutes and it's always a winner.
Ingredients
225g Pasta (perfect with every type of pasta. Most popular with spaghetti)
4 Garlic Gloves (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2-3 teaspoons Chili Flakes
1 large bunch Parsley
1/3 cup Parmigiano Regiano
Directions
Add garlic and oil into a cold pan and set to medium heat.
When the garlic and oil starts to boil, add in the chili flakes.
Add pasta to boiling salted water and cook around 70% of the indicated time.
Before the garlic starts to brown, add a ladle of pasta water to the pan.
Add the pasta to the pan and mix so the pasta absorbs the sauce and finishes cooking.
Add parsley and mix well.
Serve a finish off with parmesan cheese.
