Pasta Aglio e Olio

This traditional pasta dish is simple and full of fresh flavors. Made with just 5 ingredients, it comes together in just minutes and it's always a winner.


  • 225g Pasta (perfect with every type of pasta. Most popular with spaghetti)

  • 4 Garlic Gloves (thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

  • 2-3 teaspoons Chili Flakes

  • 1 large bunch Parsley

  • 1/3 cup Parmigiano Regiano



  1. Add garlic and oil into a cold pan and set to medium heat.

  2. When the garlic and oil starts to boil, add in the chili flakes.

  3. Add pasta to boiling salted water and cook around 70% of the indicated time.

  4. Before the garlic starts to brown, add a ladle of pasta water to the pan.

  5. Add the pasta to the pan and mix so the pasta absorbs the sauce and finishes cooking.

  6. Add parsley and mix well.

  7. Serve a finish off with parmesan cheese.
