This Chinese easy and fast one pot recipe is the perfect healthy weeknight recipe. Enjoy the flavorful aromatic taste of the garlic and ginger together with juicy chicken and coated in a sweet and savory sauce.

Ingredients (2 servings)
Stir Fry
2 Broccolis
2 Large Chicken Breasts
5 Garlic Gloves (minced)
1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
White Pepper (Or black)
Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Flakes
(Optional) 1/2 Onion
(Optional) 1/2 Red Pepper
(Optional) 1/2 Yellow Pepper
Sauce
1/2 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 cups Chicken Broth (Or Water)
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Garlic Gloves (minced)
(Optional) 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Directions
Cut the broccoli into small bite size piece florets and put aside.
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and put aside.
(Optional) Cut the pepper into bite size pieces and put aside.
Place the minced ginger and garlic in a small plate or bowl
Sprinkle the chicken, broccoli (peppers and onion) with garlic powder and white pepper.
Place a pot over medium heat white neutral oil.
Once hot, throw the chicken in.
(Optional) Once the chicken starts getting some white color throw in the onions and peppers
Add in the chili flakes.
Once the chicken (onions and peppers) starts to brown, lower the heat to low heat.
Immediately add in the minced garlic and ginger and cooked until fragrant (30s - 1min)
Remove everything from the pot or pan into a bowl
Place the pot back into the heat over medium heat.
Add in the broccoli.
Add 2/3 cup of water, cover and let the water evaporate.
Repeat the previous step until broccoli softens as desired.
Once the broccoli has soften a bit and water is evaporated, add some neutral oil to the pot and stir fry the broccoli until it gets some color
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a bowl.
Once the broccoli gets some color, add in the chicken and veggies to the pot.
Mix around and add in the sauce.
Cook while mixing until sauce thickens to desired consistency
(Optional) Add in sesame seeds
Plate and enjoy.
