This cauliflower puree is not just creamy and comforting, but it also tastes amazing and it's a great way of cooking cauliflower.
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Cream
2 tbsp Butter
Cut cauliflower into small pieces
Heat up pan over medium heat
Add butter and cauliflower and season with salt pepper and nutmeg to taste
Cook for 5 min.
Add milk and cream until cauliflower is half covered.
Cook in medium/high heat until milk and cream is reduced by half (5-10 min)
Blend mixture while it's hot and add more milk if it's too thick or seasoning if needed.
