Cauliflower Puree

This cauliflower puree is not just creamy and comforting, but it also tastes amazing and it's a great way of cooking cauliflower.


  • 1 Cauliflower

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1/4 cup Cream

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • Nutmeg (ground)



  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces

  2. Heat up pan over medium heat

  3. Add butter and cauliflower and season with salt pepper and nutmeg to taste

  4. Cook for 5 min.

  5. Add milk and cream until cauliflower is half covered.

  6. Cook in medium/high heat until milk and cream is reduced by half (5-10 min)

  7. Blend mixture while it's hot and add more milk if it's too thick or seasoning if needed.
