Sliced fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil, what could be better than that. A perfect salad alternative, especially in summer, when you can get tomatoes and basil from the garden.

Ingredients
2 Tomatoes
1 Burrata
1 bunch Basil Leafs
Salt (to taste)
Olive Oil (to taste)
Balsamic Vinegar (to taste)
Directions
Cut tomato into slices
Cut burrata into slices
Split basil bunch into separate leaves
Stack one tomato slice, one burrata slice and one basil leaf
Add a bit of salt, a drizzle of olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for each stack.
