Crispy, fresh, flavorful, delicious and warm from the oven! Also known as the perfect beginning to any Italian style dinner. You get those perfectly crisp edges, a soft buttery center, and a golden brown toasted top with fresh garlic and herbs.
6 tablespoons Salted Butter
4 Garlic Gloves (minced)
1 bunch Parsley (well chopped)
1/4 cup Parmigiano Regiano (grated)
Microwave butter until melted
Mince garlic inside the butter.
Chop parsley small and add to the mixture.
Set mixture in freezer for ~5 minutes until slightly solid and then place in the fridge.
If it's not a fresh slightly crispy baguette, place baguette in 350 degree oven until it starts being crispy.
Cut baguette in half and spread a generous layer of the mixture in each half.
Finish baguette off with a small layer of freshly grated Parmigiano Regiano on top.
Place in the oven under broil for a couple of minutes until bread crips and cheese slightly melts. (~3 minutes)
