Garlic Bread

Crispy, fresh, flavorful, delicious and warm from the oven! Also known as the perfect beginning to any Italian style dinner. You get those perfectly crisp edges, a soft buttery center, and a golden brown toasted top with fresh garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Baguette

  • 6 tablespoons Salted Butter

  • 4 Garlic Gloves (minced)

  • 1 bunch Parsley (well chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Regiano (grated)

Directions

  1. Microwave butter until melted

  2. Mince garlic inside the butter.

  3. Chop parsley small and add to the mixture.

  4. Set mixture in freezer for ~5 minutes until slightly solid and then place in the fridge.

  5. If it's not a fresh slightly crispy baguette, place baguette in 350 degree oven until it starts being crispy.

  6. Cut baguette in half and spread a generous layer of the mixture in each half.

  7. Finish baguette off with a small layer of freshly grated Parmigiano Regiano on top.

  8. Place in the oven under broil for a couple of minutes until bread crips and cheese slightly melts. (~3 minutes)
