Crispy Parmesan Roasted Artichokes
This artichokes recipe is perfect for every kind of meal; lunch, dinner or even a snack. Mixed with your favorite choice of sauce, it's a delicious meal that's super easy to make.
1 Can artichoke hearts
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 tbsp Garlic (Minced)
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare a tray with a baking sheet.
Rinse artichokes, pat them dry with paper towel and cut them in half.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
In another small bowl, combine cheese and breadcrumbs.
Dip each artichoke heart half in butter, then breadcrumbs and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake artichokes for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Turn once half way through baking.
Serve with your favorite choice of sauce (I usually serve with garlic alioli).
