Skillet Toasted Lemon Gnocchi with Peas

There's not many better things than some toasted gnocchi with some parmigiano reggiano. In this recipe we will show you a simple gnocchi recipe that will blow your minds.



Ingredients

  • 1 box Gnocchi

  • 1 cup Chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 1 Lemon

  • Parmesano Regiano



Directions

  1. Boil gnocchi until they float.

  2. Rinse gnocchi well.

  3. Add gnocchi (with salt and pepper) to medium heat pan with butter until golden.

  4. Add chickpeas.

  5. Add lemon zest and some lemon juice.

  6. Cook on pan for a couple more minutes.

  7. Plate and add parmesan to taste
