Ingredients
1 cup Flour
1 tablespoon White Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg (beaten)
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Bananas (mashed)
Directions
Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and mashed bananas.
Stir flour mixture with banana mixture well until it becomes a homogeneous mix.
Heat pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of the mixture.
Cook for a minute or two until slightly brown and flip for another minute or two until done.
Repeat step 5 and 6 until all mixture is done.
Top pancakes with your favorite toppings; berries, syrup, cinnamon...
