Homemade Banana Pancakes

Whats better than some morning banana pancakes. Here's a simple but delicious recipe for you to enjoy with your favorite toppings.



Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 tablespoon White Sugar

  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Egg (beaten)

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Bananas (mashed)


 

Directions

  1. Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and mashed bananas.

  3. Stir flour mixture with banana mixture well until it becomes a homogeneous mix.

  4. Heat pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of the mixture.

  5. Cook for a minute or two until slightly brown and flip for another minute or two until done.

  6. Repeat step 5 and 6 until all mixture is done.

  7. Top pancakes with your favorite toppings; berries, syrup, cinnamon...
